To make a self-referral, you should call the help-line on 01698 527003 requesting support and the worker will take necessary details

If you hear the answer machine and you are comfortable leaving a message, only leave a first name and telephone number where it is safe for us to reach you and we will call you back within 24 hours (barring weekends)

Although we are currently operating a waiting list of 3 months for an initial session, we will make sure you receive a form of support immediately
