Where do I have Control in my Life?

Sometimes we feel helpless in the midst of all of the issues that are caused by our memories and we want to avoid them.

Use the following exercise to think of ways you can take some control over your life:

3 Things for me

  • List 3 areas where you have control in your life.
  • Take each one individually and make a list of how you have control, and when you have it
  • Make a list of another 3 areas where you could take control

Now put this into practice by being aware when you are controlling your own decisions and choices.
