Positive Thinking

Keep a journal/diary and make sure you make at least one entry in it each day.

We generally feel the way we do because of the thoughts we have…. so in order for us to start to feel different and more positive, we have to make the effort to see the good things in our lives.

Each day write a sentence about something nice/good that happened to or for you, and reflect on these regularly.

The idea is that the more positive you are, the more confident and motivated you become. Positive reflection has to be an everyday part of your life.
