At LRCC we aim to provide a high quality service to everyone who accesses practical and emotional support.  Our ethos is about self-help, and we pride ourselves in providing choice, support and empowerment.

If for whatever reason, you believe you are not receiving a quality service from LRCC, you can talk to us about it and help us to recognise if there is an area we might be able to improve on.
