This exercise can be done on a regular basis. If you use it to your advantage, you can create precious time for yourself and use it to reflect the positive aspects of your self and life.
Make a list of the things you are going to do, and put it in a place where it will be easy for you to see it.
Name at least 3 things you can try to do over the next week. Pick things that will be good for your self-esteem. (Pick 3 easy ones to start with).
Write them below, and look at the sheet daily. Remind yourself why you are doing it, and think of how it makes you feel to do it.
You can add more as the weeks go on if you choose to.
